Overall, My g shock white review I think it's a great watch and while I'd buy it again, I don't think I'd recommend it as a watch to be worn daily. I think the white plastic band or case will discolor and scratch up, the squeaking starts to get irritating, especially if you work in an office and type on a keyboard wresting your wrists and moving them as you type generates a musical of cheap plastic sounds and frankly I think it just attracts far too much attention to be worn daily in a professional work environment. For a once or twice a week piece of "flair" though, you won't find a better timepiece for the money.
But I think the only problem about G shock watches is that the white bands easily gets dirty but I think it is a problem not only with G-shock but also other watches. It is a common problem but the thing here is that as long as you clean it every time the watch gets dirty, it is not a big deal. The most important thing is that the quality of performance that G-Shock has to offer. The band of the G-shock white makes a bit of a squeaking noise when you rotate your wrist, due to the sheen coating on the plastic rubbing against itself where the band touches itself but the good thing is that it is very durable. Casio G-Shock white has all the primary functions of a good digital watch some of the watches in the g-shock line have erroneous features like record or memory bank which make you cycle though a bunch of menu's to get back to the main time display, and other g-shocks don't have the countdown timer, or the ability to handle multiple alarms.
